Step by Step Procedure for Filling the TNEA 2016 Application form

Step 1: First You have to Register a Basic Registration form for Apply TNEA-2016 Online Application at the Following Link :

  Step 2 : You will get a Message Box mentioned as "User Created Successfully"

Step 3 : Now you have to goto the Login Page of TNEA 2016 Online Application thru the following link :

Step 4 : After login the page, Fill the Name & Address for Communication Section.
Note : Name will be Auto Printed from the form which you given at the time of registration (on Step 1) and it cannot be changed here,

Step 5 : Email, Phone No, Date of Birth, Gender Details will be taken from the Registration form (of Step 1) and cannot be changed here.
Step 6 : Fill the Nationality, Nativitiy, Religion, Community, Name of the Caste, Code No.of Caste.

Step 7 : Select the Applicable details from the following fields, such as, Special Reservation(s) to be considered, Sports Person, First Graduation Details, willing to avail AICTE TFW(Tution Few Waiver) Scheme, Eligiblity of Post Metric Scholarship

Step 8 : Other Details : This fields to be select from the drop down menus.

From Step 4 to Step 8 all the detail available in a single page. So, you have fill the details very carefully
The entire page will be look like the following :

Step 9 : If everything is fine, then you may "Proceed to Payment" or if you feel any details are currently unavailable and need some time to verify, just save and exit. You can continue at anytime by login as Step 3
Now, we are going to Payment Page by clicking "Proceed to Payment"
Step 10 : The Payment Page has 3 Options for payment.

Option 1 : Online Payment through Indian Bank (But, this is using BillDesk Payment Gateway, So you can use any credit card / debit card or any banks' net banking facility)

Option 2 : Online Payment through SBI (Pay thru SBI Account)
Option 3 : Online Payment through DD (If you have a DD, then you can chose this method)
Step 11 : After Completing payment, select Proceed to Next
Step 12 : Here you have to enter your academic details such as VIII to XII studied information in Tamilnadu and XII Group and Mark Details. (You will get the mark details only after the result. So, please don't fill the wrong details here, and wait upto the +2 / HSC results publication) Before Result, just click Save and Exit.

 Step 12 : After Publishing Results, complete the Step 12, and Select Submit to Print.
You will get a PDF file which is contain the following details
1. Your filled TNEA application form,
2. Declaration of Student, Parent and Check list of necessary documents to be attached.
3.Cover Page of the Application form. (This is to be paste in the Envelope instead of writing the address on the envelope.
NOTE 1 : Nativity Certificate, First Graduate tuition fee exemption Certificate, Special Reservation Certificates formats are available in the following link

NOTE 2 : As of now the Application form didn't have any validation method. So, if you leave any field the application form is not showing any error and the mistake will be reflect in your final application form print out. So, Please fill very carefully and don't miss any fields.
